Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Link2Buy reserves the right to void the warranty if proof of purchase is unclear or the product registration information is incorrect.
- The product is fully warranted against any defects in workmanship and material for a period of twelve (12) months and twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase stated in the receipt and warranty certification unless otherwise stated.
- This warranty is not transferable and applicable to purchase made in MALAYSIA only.
- The original warranty certificate and receipt must be produced together with the faulty product when seeking repair.
- The limited warranty is invalid if:
- Defects and damages are due to misuse, fault of negligence or usage other than the normal and customary manner
- Serial number and/or security seal are removed or tempered with.
- The product is modified, disassembled, tempered or attempted repair by any person other than the sole distributor.
- Warranty void if serial number label removed or tempered with on headset.
- All warranty Terms and Conditions or information stated herein are subject to changes without prior notice.
- Applicable for products purchased from Link2buy only.
- Valid for Malaysia local limited warranty only.
